As the Government and Community Affairs Assistant, Erica supports SBC’s legislative priorities and advocacy efforts as well as our various projects and teams.

Erica was born and raised in North Lake Tahoe and is passionate about protecting the Sierra Nevada. After graduating from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a B.A. in International Affairs, she returned to the Tahoe Basin and joined Brynne Kennedy’s 2020 Congressional campaign. As the North Lake Tahoe and Truckee field organizer, Erica organized volunteers who worked tirelessly to elect a candidate they knew would fight for the environmental and economic well-being of Sierra Nevada.

During her free time, you can find Erica skiing, mountain biking, and spending her time outdoors with her friends and family. Her time spent enjoying the beautiful place she calls home continues to inspire her to work hard at SBC to protect the places she loves most.
