Kristina is a CivicSpark Fellow serving on the Climate and Energy team and working on Sierra Nevada Energy Watch (SNEW) and Sierra Climate Adaptation and Mitigation Partnership (Sierra CAMP) projects.
Kristina grew up in the Boston, MA area and moved west to attend the University of Colorado Boulder where she developed a passion for wildlife and environmental issues. After graduating with a B.A. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, with a research focus on green roofs, she worked for a year installing and maintaining green roofs in the Atlanta, GA area. In her current role as a CivicSpark Fellow, Kristina is excited to work with Sierra Business Council to tackle projects relating to community, economy, and environmental resilience. In her free time, Kristina can be found skiing, climbing, spending time outdoors and with friends, painting, or tending to her house plants!
