Social Cost of Carbon
There is a powerful tool to help evaluate decisions that impact greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions: The social cost of carbon (SCC) is an estimate of the cost associated with emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2).
CEDS
Sierra Business Council administers the Sierra Economic Development District (SEDD), which includes El Dorado, Nevada, Placer, Sierra, and Plumas counties. We’re currently developing the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) for these five counties.
