The Latino Workforce makes up over 40% of the total labor force in many of our local industries (agriculture, construction, healthcare/eldercare, home care, and service industries/hospitality). Our Latino communities are a driving force in our regional economy, and Latino Sierra Nevadas are and will continue to be integral to the economic and social future of the region. 

SBC is working on compiling resources for our immigrant community members facing uncertainty and/or fear under the federal administration.
